Mr. Bay joined Northwestern in 2005. Prior to joining Northwestern, he was an associate at Edgeview Partners, a Charlotte-based middle market investment bank, and an associate at Capital Resource Partners, a mezzanine fund located in Boston. Mike received an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Middlebury College.
