Mr. Baier joined Northwestern in 1975, and holds a BBA and MS-Finance degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Jerry has been involved in the management of Northwestern's direct energy assets (oil & gas/wind energy) since joining the company, and also manages the Public Convertible Bond portfolio.
